The Simpsons Vs. Family Guy made its debut at the 2014 Comic-Con, and fans have approved of the concept, so far.

In a report by The Mirror, "The Simpsons Guy" is a 5-minute clip featuring Peter Griffin, along with his wife, Lois, children Meg, Chris and Stewie, and family dog Brian visits Springfield, the town where The Simpson family resides in.

In The Simsons vs. Family Guy, Homer and Peter initially hit it off, as they share their common love for donuts and beer, while Bart introduces Stewie to his usual world of boyhood mischiefs including making prank calls and skateboarding.

Things take a rough turn towards the end of the video of The Simpsons vs. Family Guy when Peter Griffin and Homer Simpson argue about which beer is better.

The one-hour special will be airing in September in the FOX network.

Meanwhile, fans have mixed reactions regarding the crossover show so far, as they have expressed their opinions through Twitter.

"Family Guy and Simpsons crossover? Hmm this will either be brilliant or terrible," user Jarrod J Steel wrote.

"Whoa! 5 minutes of The Simpsons and Family guy crossover and it is AWESOME," wrote user Jessica Smart.
