Teen Mom Catelynn Lowell's baby bump was revealed earlier this week via an Instagram post, said a report from Daily Mail. The reality TV personality from MTV shows "Teen Mom" and "16 and Pregnant" confirmed that she is indeed expecting her second child five years after she gave up her firstborn for adoption.

An Instagram photo was posted on Wednesday showing Teen Mom Catelyn Lowell baby bump with the caption: "It's official 4 months!". The photo was taken during the 22-year-old's visit to a Michigan harbor, said Daily Mail.

The TV personality and her longtime boyfriend Tyler Baltierra are expecting the child on January 2015. Tyler Baltierra also posted the same photo in his Instagram account, proudly announcing that he was going to be a father the second time around.

The young mom revealed to In Touch that she made a conscious decision three months ago to stop using birth control so that she and Tyler Baltierra could conceive another baby after their firstborn, Carly.

"I would've felt guilty if I got pregnant again when Carly was one or two. But we've both been yearning for this," Catelynn Lowell admitted to In Touch, adding: "We're ready to have a baby."

Based on comments in the couple's Instagram posts, the Catelynn Lowell baby pump news was well received by majority. Many posted congratulatory messages for the young parents.

However, Catelyn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra recalled a different scenario when they were expecting Carly back in 2009. The two eventually decided to give up Carly for adoption, but have remained in contact with their daughter's adoptive parents and visit her twice a year.

Catelynn Lowell explained: "'I didn't want to be a teen mom. I'm proud of the choice I made":

"I was too young when I got pregnant with Carly - I was sad and scared," Catelynn Lowell confessed.

Both Catelyn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are now working full-time jobs caring for developmentally disabled adults near their home in St. Clair, Michigan.

"Tyler and I (now) own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid. We have no doubt that raising a child will be hard. But I know we're going to be really great parents," the young mom said.
