According to a report from Rolling Stone, Lil Wayne news and a preview of the new track "Grindin'" circulated over the weekend and was well received by fans of the "Mr. Wayne" hip-hop artist.
The new song was then debuted to a love audience during the Drake vs Lil Wayne tour opener. The tour opener had a Street Fighter theme and was held at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center by Buffalo, New York.
The single is said to be produced by Boi-1da and Vinylz, and is the latest single to be released from Lil Wayne's upcoming new album, The Carter V.
Lil Wayne news was also revealed last week about the app for the Drake vs Lil Wayne tour. During the rap battle segment of their show, the crowd can use the app to determine who goes first and who wins the night, said Rolling Stone.
