The "I Will Never Let You Down" singer meanwhile admitted in an interview with a UK radio station that she opted to leave her undies at home.
"I just literally knew my angles and I made sure that I did not move!" Calvin Harris' ex said.
The Fifty Shades of Grey cast Rita Ora also revealed that her stunning Donna Karan-designed dress had to be made on to her body so they could achieve the perfect gown they wanted.
"It took a lot of altering because it was made out of pure silk so it had to literally be sewed on to my body," the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer said, mentioning that she was not afraid to have a wardrobe malfunction.
