"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple Teresa and Joe Giudice finally has some good news.
After nearly five years, the reality television stars have finally settled their Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, according to Radar Online.
This is incredibly positive news for Teresa and Joe Giudice who are currently waiting sentencing for their fraud and tax evasion charges.
In court documents obtained by the entertainment website, the trustee in the bankruptcy filed the discharge papers on August 27 in New Jersey, reportedly wiping $13,480,263.11 in debt from the RHONJ star's lives.
The documents reportedly claim that $15,000 worth of the couple's furniture and household goods were sold off by the trustee, but Teresa and Joe Giudice were allowed to keep their homes because the trustee found them to be of no value.
The RHONJ couple was also allowed to keep their luxury cars, according to the gossip website.
"The case is fully have been properly accounted for as provided by law. The trustee hereby requests to be discharged from further duties as a trustee," John W. Sywilok, the trustee, stated.
As if RHONJ fans aren't excited enough for the upcoming sentencing of Teresa Giudice, Bravo has added former Housewife Jacqueline Laurita to the mix.
However, this time, Laurita might be adding more comfort than drama to the RHONJ scene, even providing support for Teresa Giudice during this difficult time.
"If Teresa called me tomorrow and said I need you, I would be there in two seconds. She knows that," Jacqueline Laurita states, according to Bravotv.
