"Persona 5" release date would be in 2015, and in this fifth sequel, the game setting returns to the city.

Examiner shared this juicy info as relayed by Katsura Hashino when he was asked to discuss the "Persona 5" release date at the "Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia" press conference. Accordingly, the third sequel of the game entitled "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3" was also set in the city. However, in Persona 4, the developers moved to a country location.

In the trailer featured on Fanbolt, the character was riding on a train. Scenes from his vantage point came into view: two girls chatting while waiting to arrive at their destination, the blurred scenery beyond the window as the train hurtles past, a poster on the wall of the car he is riding in, and the distracted passengers lost in their own thoughts.

The next scene shows him already at his destination, walking among a large crowd of people in a city with impressive skyscrapers. Then magically, the surrounding environment freezes before his eyes and in the distant building straight ahead, a force begins to manifest. The scene fades out and the title "Persona 5.jpg" flashes on the screen.

The trailer was brief. For this and the delay of the "Persona 5" release date, Hashino apologized to gamers and fans, reported Examiner. It was created from choice scenes that were cut and pieced together creatively to arouse interest.

However, none of the choice clips hinted anything about the actual graphics fans can expect from the game. According to Examiner, the developers said nothing about whether or not the graphics or any aspects of the game will improve in the upcoming sequel.

The developers also mentioned that the game is already playable in PS4 with the next-generation port to be released on the same date as the PS3 version. Probably, when they finally reveal the exact "Persona 5" release date, they would also be giving fans more clues about what the new sequel offers.
