According to Screenrants.com, Arrow and The Flash is coming back for its third season on The CW, Constantine beginning on NBC and Gotham premiering on FOX, there will be more DC Television series than Agent Center and Marvel's Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. It was disclosed that Supergirl from DC universe could jump in the ranks of these TV series.

Green Lantern and Smallville would not be included in the Supergirl series, the show is being created by Ali Adler and Greg Berlanti of The Flash and Arrow. Both creators will cooperate on the Supergirl project, they have worked together on No Ordinary Family. Rumors are circulating that Supergirl series will give a new meaning to the story and character of Supergirl.

As for other DC/Warner Bros. show, both DC's Geoff Johns and Supergirl are still untitled. The Flash, Arrow and Gotham are all included. Adler will write the script for Supergirl and Berlanti will be the executive producer.

Based on reports, the project is not seen to air on The CW like other DC Tv series. The Supergirl series was proposed to other networks, but they rejected the offer. Though, in a couple of weeks, the project will be proposed to other TV networks.

Arrow and The Flash has given DC and Berlanti success during its premier, both series are regarded as "the most faithful DC adaptation yet," giving the viewers enormous hope for the Supergirl.

If the said series would not be shown in The CW, viewers cannot possibly expect to watch the world-building or crossover between the three sought after series, which may be more fun but are not needed for the success of the shows. Moreover, if the Supergirl project were to premiere on The CW, it may have been easy to create a "cult following," by leading the fans from The Flash and Arrow.
