Shin Min Ah and Jo Jung Suk show their chemistry as a newlywed couple for the upcoming romantic-comedy "My Love, My Bride."
On the most recent episode of MBC's "Section TV Entertainment Relay," clips of the film, as well as the cast's September 1 press conference which was held at Apgujeong, were shown during the segment.
During the interview, lead actress Shin Min Ah shared a sexy but embarrassing episode between her and co-star Jo Jung Suk, and she said, "Newlyweds can take off their clothes in front of their spouse, so I thought it would be a good idea to show that side of newlyweds in the film."
She added, "I was anxious about pushing through with the scene, but Jo Jung Suk was so determined to do it. It was my first time seeing a man in his underwear that many times."
Jo Jung Suk quipped, "I had to change my underwear multiple times."
Shin Min Ah agreed, and said, "He always changes his underwear whenever we would move to the next scene," eliciting laughter from the audience."
"My Love, My Bride," a remake of the 1990 film starring Park Jong Hoon and Choi Jin Sil, is about the young couple Young Min (Jo Jung Suk) and Mi Young (Shin Min Ah) who marry fresh out of college. Chaos ensues after their honeymoon phase wears off, and the two eventually learn the true meaning of love.
The film is scheduled to premiere on October.
