Not everyone is into Miley Cyrus twerking.

The 21-year-old singer might be getting in trouble for twerking on stage with a giant fake butt as one of her backup dancers reportedly spanked her prosthetic behind with a Mexican flag during a concert in Mexico this week for her Bangerz tour, according to E! News.

Local Monterrey lawmaker Francisco Trevino reportedly called for government officials to punish Miley Cyrus for disrespecting their country, according to the entertainment website.

Cryus' twerking act with the Mexican flag is considered a "disrespectful act towards a national symbol," according to Mexican law. The crime reportedly carries a $1,200 fine and a 36-hour jail sentence, according to TMZ.

Miley Cyrus is increasing the list of nations that aren't too interested in having her back. The former "Hannah Montana" star's concert was banned in the Dominican capital of Santo Domingo by a government group due to "acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law."

During her concert, Cyrus was also reportedly seen drinking some water before spitting it at her fans, which was followed by shouts of disgust, according to Fox News Latino.

Miley Cyrus will continue her Bangerz tour in Monterey Thursday night before heading to Mexico City.
