"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice will be heading to court on October 2 with her husband Joe Giudice.
Amidst her sentencing date, there is speculation that the 42-year-old might be pregnant with her 5th child, according to HollywoodLife.com.
"Joe really wants to [have another baby], and we love, love, love practicing," Teresa Giudice told In Touch this past winter.
She reportedly shared that the baby name has already been picked out as Franco, after her late father-in-law.
"Joe's always wanted a little boy. A son would complete their family," an insider told the gossip magazine.
According to Perez Hilton, the Giudice's crisis manager Wendy Feldman slammed the pregnancy rumors, stating, "There is NO truth to the rumor. It is false in every way. Teresa does not know if she is going to prison and would not have a baby, nor would anybody, under the circumstances described."
Despite their desire to have another child, the RHONJ couple is reportedly "living in fear" as the date of their sentencing approaches.
"It keeps getting closer and closer and more and more scary," stated the source.
The upcoming sentencing has become the highlight of this season of RHONJ, so much so that Bravo producers have reportedly decided to put off filming the reunion for the show, according to The Inquisitr.
"They keep delaying it. They want to get her sentencing in. They will continue to delay until she is sentenced. It was going to be filmed in September because that's when her sentencing was. They can use any excuse they want. But it's because they want the sentencing first," a source told Radar Online.
There is speculation that Bravo is planning to fire Teresa and Joe Giudice after their sentencing, according to the gossip website Celeb Dirty Laundry.
"The network just doesn't want to have a criminal as a lead on one of their shows, especially one of their highest rated and most publicized shows. There are other housewives on 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' who manage to bring the drama without dipping into anything illegal, and Teresa doesn't fall into that category anymore," a source reportedly told the site.
