Spanish footballer Cesc Fàbregas was recently signed up for the Chelsea last June 2014 and plays for both Chelsea in the English Premier League as well as in the Spanish national team. Fàbregas plays mainly as a central midfielder or attacking midfielder but has also played as a winger or a second striker on some occasions.

He is signed with Chelsea on a five-year contract for a fee in the region of €33 million. Chelsea's Coach Jose Mourinho has been training Fabregas with different skills and only has good words for the football player.

On 13 September 2014, after providing two assists in Chelsea's 4-2 victory over Swansea, he became the first player ever in Premier League history to record at least one assist in six successive games. That is why Mourinho spoke highly of Fabregas.

Fabregas recently talked to The Sun via ESPN and returned the good favor that Mourinho had gave him.

He said "I had options [after Arsenal failed to take up their option] and at that stage Chelsea were just one of the options I was considering. But after Jose Mourinho came to see me and talked to me face to face there were no other options anymore."

"I decided to forget about all the other offers I had sitting on the side and it just felt great that Chelsea had come in for me. I can still remember exactly what he said - every word. I'm not going to make them public, but it was very special. It gave me a huge lift."

Fabregas clear;y values Mourinho's methods during traning and practices and when on the field. His future with Chelsea is pretty bright. After scoring goals one after another, surely Mourinho will keep a bright young talent in his team.

"It was the kind of relationship I always would have liked to keep. On his birthdays, for his 1,000th game, he always had a text message from me. But I don't expect anything from anyone in life, positive or negative."

"But I'm sure once everything dies down a bit in the future we will talk. There is no problem. I'll always be grateful to him whatever happens."
