Raising anticipation for its first broadcast, KBS's upcoming musical drama "Tomorrow Cantabile" releases a new video teaser and official posters.
On September 29, the second teaser for "Tomorrow Cantabile" was released, and this time, it gives the viewers a closer look into the characters Cha Yoon Jin (Joo Won) and Seol Nae Il (Shim Eun Kyung).
Different from the first teaser, the second teaser was more lively and colourful, and it gave a more in-depth view on the relationship between the two main characters. Also, they were able to show the Korean remake's faithfulness towards the comedy in the original manga, making fans look forward to how the story will pan out in the drama.
In addition, the video introduced two supporting characters, the violinist Yoo Il Gak (Go Kyung Pyo), and Cha Yoo Jin's conducting teacher Franz von Stresemann (Bae Yoon Sik).
Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung were also seen doing music for the first time, with Joo Won showing Cha Yoo Jin's perfectionist style of conducting an orchestra, and Shim Eun Kyung showcasing Seol Nae Il's erratic and free-spirited way of playing the piano.
In related news, three official posters for "Tomorrow Cantabile" were also released, featuring Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung, and eleven other cast members.
In the first two posters, Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung can be seen side by side with a grand piano in their background, showing how big of an element the piano is in their story.
In the third poster, the rest of the cast members can be seen in a parade-like pose, following Joo Won's conducting.
"Tomorrow Cantabile" is a romantic-comedy that follows young musicians on their journey to reaching their dreams of becoming professionals in the field of music.
KBS's "Tomorrow Cantabile" will be broadcast every Mondays and Tuesdays starting on October 13.
