"Originally, well-known actors received the offer to appear in this film, but they all said they wouldn't do it. This isn't an opportunity to come to anyone, so it's an honor to have taken the role."

Kim Dong Yoon (32) plays the male lead Kang Min Soo in film 'Two Weddings and A Funeral," premiering on the 21st, and stated that he was honored to have this opportunity. The film is the story of a gay man who marries to hide his sexual orientation.

Kim Dong Yoon appeared in KBS's drama 'Over the Mountains' and is currently playing the hot-tempered second son in KBS's daily drama 'I'll Give You the Stars and the Moon.' Although Kim Dong Yoon has made a name for himself in living rooms, he is a rookie in the theaters.

'Two Weddings and A Funeral' is a romantic comedy of Min Soo, who wishes to free himself of his parents' interference and neighbors' looks, and Hyo Jin (Ryu Hyun Kyung), a lesbian who wishes to adopt a baby. Therefore, Min Soo and Hyo Jin marry each other for their individual needs.

When asked, "Weren't you afraid of Korean society's prejudice against homosexuality and the negative gazes you might receive?," Kim Dong Yoon replied, "Already, if you type my name in search engines, the word 'gay' comes up. If people think gay when they hear my name, doesn't that mean I acted very well?"
