Shia LaBouf news made headlines when the actor appeared in "The Ellen De Generes" show.

People reported that in the actor's latest appearance in the popular talk show, he talked about the crisis he went through within the year. He was appreciative of the benefits that his 12-mile ritual runs have brought to his life.

The actor reportedly told Ellen:

"Man, I went through, like, an existential crisis, which turned into some explorations. I had some hiccups, some judgment errors,"

LaBouf appeared on Ellen's show on Friday.

The actor candidly revealed to Ellen his regrets over the troubles he has recently gotten into. Last June, LaBouf was charged for a disorderly conduct when he caused chaos in a Broadway musical show, "Cabaret."

People reported that the actor yelled at the police officers following his arrest, saying "Do you know who I am?" LaBouf was also rude to a police officer when he was taken to the police station.

The actor got treatment for his alcohol abuse issue after he was arrested. Furthermore, he struck a deal in court that exempted him from probation and jail since getting regular treatment for alcohol abuse.

Shia LaBouf's news of getting things right made headlines, as he told Ellen:

"Jail was quite scary,"

"I was there for; it felt like forever, I think 24 hours, 25 hours."

LaBeouf narrated his recent experience in jail as "the worst time. I really went all the way with it - they put a Hannibal mask on me and a lead jacket. It was just really rough."

Shia LaBouf's news extended to the actor apologizing to the policeman he had a negative encounter with on Ellen's show, saying:

"If you're watching, dude, I'm sorry. That was crazy, man."
