The famous Pittsburgh sandwich stop Primanti Brothers is expanding in a very creative way.
Primanti Brothers has reportedly teamed up with Goldbely.com, an online firm that delivers food to homes, so that sandwiches on their menu can be experienced anywhere in the United States, according to SF Gate.
The $109 sandwich packs will reportedly contain lunch meat, cheese, fries, coleslaw and Italian bread and will have enough ingredients to make four of the delicious Primanti Brothers sandwiches. The kits willl reportedly come with instructions on how to store and heat the food and a T-shirt.
For those who don't know, Primanti Brothers was founded back in 1933 and there are locations throughout Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and its suburbs. The restaurant has made a name for itself with its huge signature sandwiches and was even named one of "America's Classic" restaurants at the James Beard Foundation Awards 20th anniversary in 2007, according to the media outlet Pittsburgh Restaurant Blog.
Fans of Primanti Brothers sandwiches, who should prepare themselves for the glory of delivery sandwiches, continue to express their love for the 24 different creations on the menu.
"Primanti Brothers is sooo much better than school," wrote Twitter user Zach Kautzman.
Social media user foremania commented on Uproxx's article, "I love almost all of Primanti's offerings. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it, b/c they're incredible. They recently did a limited offering of a new sandwich called 'When Pigs Fly:' ham, turkey, bacon, and a fried egg, along with the usual cole slaw, fires, cheese and tomato. it was great."
