Good news DC fans as new updates for the Suicide Squad movie have been revealed.

It seems that Warner Bros. has found an actress to play the role of Joker's insane partner/love interest, Harley Quinn in the movie.

According to reports from Comicbook.com, English actress and singer Cara Delevingne is rumored to play the role of Harley Quinn. Further speculation occurred when she posted a photo of her being Harley Quinn in her instagram account.

So far, it is not yet confirmed whether Develigne will be Harley Quinn, but she expressed her interest in joining movie as Movieweb reports that the other cast members include, Ryan Gosling, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Tom Hardy.

That's not all new characters are also rumored to join the roster of the Suicide Squad movie. According to reports from Screenrant, these characters are Multiplex, Vixen, and Blockbuster.

Lastly there have reports that Jesse Eisenberg's character Lex Luthor will make an appearance in the movie. According to reports from Den of Geek, Warner Bros. are in talks of having Superman's arch nemesis in the movie, but seeing is though that the Suicide Squad is a team of supervillains working for the government, and as we know in the comics that Luthor will ran for President of United States anytime soon, this might be a good idea for the movie.

The Suicide Squad movie will be directed by David Ayer and it is scheduled to be released on August 15, 2016.
