Doctors were reportedly able to get another 30 day extension after treating the 28-year-old actress for more than two weeks in southern California, according to the NY Daily News.

The former child star is reportedly "very ill" and is unable to care for her herself, doctors reportedly told the medical court judge overseeing her case, according to TMZ. Before she was put under a 72-hour psychiatric hold in early October, Amanda Bynes has been making headlines for a reported DUI arrest and an alleged shoplifting incident, according to CBS News.

Amanda Bynes had been a part of a year-long medical conservatorship supervised by her mom, but it reportedly ended at the end of the summer, which led to the "She's The Man" star choosing to move out.

The "Hairspray" actress had her family as well as her fans beyond concerned when she made the accusations against her father on Twitter. Her mother, Lynn Bynes, as well as her siblings spoke against Amanda Bynes, emphasizing that she needed to get treatment.

"Rick has been the best father and husband a family can ask for. He has never abused Amanda or our other children physically or sexually," Lynn Bynes reportedly said in a statement.

The former Nickelodeon star's older siblings Jillian O'Keefe and Tommy Bynes added, "We are disturbed beyond words that Amanda would come up with such a fabrication as a way to avoid getting much needed help or treatment."
