"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Bruce Jenner celebrated his 65th birthday yesterday.

Despite the fact that it should be a celebratory day free of tabloid stories about the reality television star, speculation that Bruce Jenner is "developing into a woman" has sparked once again as he was seen wearing red nail polish while driving around in Malibu on Tuesday, according to E! News.

When the paparazzi photographed Bruce Jenner hours earlier, the Olympian's nails had no polish on them, but around 1 p.m. the father of Kendall and Kylie Jenner reportedly decided to give himself a manicure. After going to a Starbucks, he reportedly pulled over on the Pacific Coast Highway and began to paint his fingernails.

"It was so strange. He just started up the car and drove off, puffing away," a witness stated of Jenner's behavior.

Jenner had reportedly been experimenting with his look since he and ex-wife Kris Jenner decided to split in September 2013.

When Kris Jenner was asked by Hoda Kotb of NBC's Today about the tabloid stories that Bruce is "developing into a woman" last week, the momager reportedly simply laughed off the claims.

"It's silly," stated the 58-year-old.

She added, "They've been saying that since the '70s. You'd think it'd be cooked by now, I don't know-but [that storyline] keeps continuing. They keep regurgitating the same old stuff."

Aside from the red nail polish, Bruce Jenner also made news headlines by wearing his wedding band the day of his birthday, according to HollywoodLife. Reports that Bruce Jenner is dating Kris' best friend Ronda Kamihira may not be true after all.

"Ronda is one of Bruce's longtime best friends in the world. They are definitely not dating. Trust me, anyone suggesting that is barking up the wrong tree," stated a source.
