Actress Amanda Bynes announced her release from Las Encinas hospital, the Pasadena in California with a series of posts on her Twitter account, according to E! News.
"I am going to court today with my lawyer to provide that I am more than capable of handling my personal life and finances that I am enraged," wrote Bynes on her Twitter account.
She continued, "People need to hear the truth about who I really am - I need to show the judge that not only do I not need ANY help making decisions."
The 28-year-old former child star also returned to making sexual abuse allegations against her father, which she also did earlier this month shortly before being hospitalized and put on involuntary medial hold with the help of Britney Spears' former "manager" Sam Lufti. Amanda Bynes took back the claims and later tweeted that a microchip in her brain made her falsely accuse her father, according to Fox News.
"The police filed a report against my dad - I am not able to be in the same room with him. He is a sexual predator and he SHOULD BE IN JAIL," tweeted the troubled star.
She added, "I got released from the hospital that Sam Lufti and my parents arranged to send me to because my dad is humiliated by what he's done."
Bynes was reportedly seen wandering around the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles on Thursday night after her release from the hospital, according to TMZ. She was also reportedly turned away from multiple hotels.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, a "status hearing" was reportedly required to happen within 12 hours of Bynes' release so she could be put into the care of her temporary conservator, mother Lynn Bynes. However, Amanda's presence was required at the status hearing to "address the continuation of the temporary conservatorship."
"So sorry you've been fooled by Sam Lufti and my parents, but they are lying about stealing money from me and I cannot continue to allow them," posted Bynes on her Twitter account.
