Is RHONJ’s Jacqueline Laurita The Next Teresa Giudice? Cast Member Could Face Trial

"The Real Housewives Of New Jersey" cast member Jacqueline Laurita and her husband Chris Laurita might be the next couple to head to court over reported claims that they misused millions in funds from their former clothing company, according to Radar Online.

Jacqueline Laurita, who has been in an intense Twitter fight with fellow RHONJ cast member and family member Dina Manzo, has reportedly been accused of siphoning off millions from the company, Signature Apparel, even though she and her husband knew the business was failing.

According to the documents obtained by the gossip website, the couple reportedly did reach a settlement to end the dispute; however, trustees have asked for an extension to determine how funds from the agreement will be distributed.

The trustee appointed to oversee the case, "seeks a further extension of his time in order to better understand what the potential distribution 'pot' will be before expending more estate resources in determining claims," according to the court documents.

If a judge doesn't give the green light with the payment agreement that's made, the case will reportedly go to trial later this month.

The legal trouble that's recently emerged might not be so great for Jacqueline Laurita, who was fired from the RHONJ last year, but made appearances during the sixth season of Bravo show, according to the UK's Daily Mail.

Laurita had been incredibly active on Twitter due to her ongoing conflict with Dina Manzo.

"I know Dina got slammed w/haters last night. I was upset too after watching RHONJ, but now I'd like to move on. Points been made. Only hurt left," tweeted Laurita.

Mano made it clear in her response on Twitter that she would not be moving on so easily when it comes to her sister-in-law.

"You are suing your son against me and that is sickening. I was only slammed by those u try to manipulate. Smart ones see thru u," wrote Manzo.

She continued, "forget my name for real and move on to your next target. Get the psychiatric help you need. Now I'm DONE."
