Park Yoo Chun's Moving Speech at Seoul Drama Awards "I Wanted My Father To See This..." Tearful

Park Yoo Chun received the award for the best hallyu drama male actor.

Park Yoo Chung received the best hallyu male actor award, during the '2012 Seoul Drama Awards,' that took place in Theater Haeoreum, a national theater in Jangchungdong, Jung-gu, Seoul. He acted as prince Lee Gak, in the SBS time slip drama 'Rooftop Prince.' He showed a broad range of detailed emotional, comic, and melancholy acting, and received a great deal of love.

Park Yoo Chun stated, "I was lucky to have met 'Rooftop Prince.' It's an honor that we received love, as I was able to meet great people, while filming hard. I want to give the glory to the person sitting next to me (Han) Ji Min nuna, producer Shin Yoon Sub, who always showed tears whenever we meet, and my family who is here right now.

He added, "I really wanted him to see this drama. I want to give the glory to my father who left this earth," and received an applause of the audience.

This is the 7th year of 'Seoul Drama Awards,' and it not only includes Asian countries such as Korea, Japan, and China. It also includes, England, America, Brazil and 45 other countries, with a total of 201 works exhibited. While 'Seoul Drama Awards' aims to choose the 'Grand Award' out of 24 pieces of work, they also select cinematic quality, originality, and popularity the most outstanding works is determined and is awarded either the best picture award or and excellent picture award.
