The "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora is now 24-years-old, and as "Blame" producer Calvin Harris' ex girlfriend celebrates her special day, she said that she wants a dog as a birthday present.

The "I Will Never Let You Down" just celebrated her 24th birthday and she looked back to the feats and downfalls she experienced during the past year.

The British songstress, who has already moved on from her public split from Scottish DJ and producer Calvin Harris, said that she received many opportunities in the past year.

Aside from her successful team up with Iggy Azalea for "Black Widow," which hit top charts in the United States, Rita Ora also landed a stint as one of "The Voice UK" judge.

Rita Ora said, "I'm happy that 2014 is nearly over. I can't wait for 2015. Working on The Voice has been incredible. It's one of the funniest things I've ever done. It's going to be great."

But the last year was not everything rosy for singer as it was also the time when she broke up with Calvin Harris.

According to the Daily Record, the Kosovo-born beauty broke-up with the singer and songwriter after a one-year relationship before she started dating Tommy Hilfiger's rapper son, Ricky Hil.

The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" cast Rita Ora also spilled that she wants a dog as a birthday present.

"I really want a dog so let's see who listens to that. My birthday is on Wednesday so I'm thinking about that first and then Christmas time," Rita Ora recently told OK! Magazine.

The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" cast added that she is now thinking about Christmas gifts and that she wanted to go home to her family to celebrate the festivity.

"But I've already thought about my Christmas presents because they're pretty important and, for me, now I don't have to make them any more," she said.

Rita Ora also revealed that she missed her family so much after being away because of her numerous commitments.

"I can finally buy my parents something that they've always wanted. I can't wait to go home. I've missed them so much and I'm never home."
