Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin are rumored to have the on-again, off-again kind of relationship which makes spectators wonder if they're still back together. A recent report from the webloid Celebrity Dirty Laundry stated that the "Hunger Games" star, who has broken things off with Chris and suddenly got involved with him again, regrets dating the "Coldplay" frontman.
According to Mirror, Chris will be spending the holidays with Gwyneth as they make things as normal as possible for their children. It appears that Jennifer is just getting in their way. Furthermore, it might disappoint Jennifer's grandmother who was expecting that the British singer will join them for the family celebrations. Back in October, it can be recalled that Carolyn Koch told the Sun that they are expecting Chris to join them.
"Jennifer's mum flew to Los Angeles to meet Chris. We will have to get another chair for the dinner table at Christmas. The family is getting so big we might have to split up for gatherings," she said.
Daily Mail noted that the British singer is headed to LA to spend the upcoming holidays with his estranged wife. Reportedly, Jennifer Lawrence is not happy about the news. While she understands he needs to be there for his children, she is not pleased Chris is not yet filing for divorce.
"Jennifer understands that Chris needs to spend time with the kids and that he's got to be in contacts with Gwyneth. But she's told him that if he's serious about making things work between them, he needs to file for divorce before the end of the year and show that he's ready to move on," the source told Grazia Magazine.
Just recently, E! News reported that Chris and Gwyneth are most likely having an "open marriage situation."
"On weekends if one of them has the kids and the other doesn't have plans, Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow will meet up and do something altogether. They truly love one another and think the world of each other, they just aren't a couple. They will spend the holidays together and make sure the kids know they are always going to be a family," a source told the online publication.
