"24: Live Another Day" cast Kiefer Sutherland star in a new special giving a different take on Christmas. Actor Stephen Fry teamed up with Jack Bauer for Sky Arts' "Marked."

The actor will play a hitman who is hired to kill someone, "only to find he needs to pull the trigger on Father Christmas, played by Stephen Fry," said Breaking News.

The 47-year-old actor plays a regular guy who has to deal with a lot of pressure from his family and also a mounting debt. When it appears that his back is against a wall, he is offered a deal that promises a lot of money and that is to kill his neighbor. But what if he finds Father Christmas in his neighbor's house?

The project will reunite Kiefer Sutherland and Stephen Fry who both worked on "24: Live Another Day."

Stephen Fry played Prime Minister Trevor Davies who is described by BBC as a "strong and charismatic leader."

The British actor said in an interview posted on Digital Spy that associating Kiefer Sutherland with Jack Bauer is "unfair" because his "career has been incredibly rich" outside of the "24: Live Another Day" character."

"But to see Kiefer playing such an incompetent character is just blissful. Someone who doesn't know how to load a gun, someone who doesn't know how to climb a gate or do anything... just makes me weep with joy," Stephen Fry said.

For his part, Kiefer Sutherland quipped: "For my entire course of doing 24, I made sure that I never worked anyone with anyone over 5-11. And so this would be really interesting cause you will see how tall I really am."

The Christmas special "Marked" will air on Thursday, December 18 at 10 p.m. on Sky Arts 1.

As for the Fox series, there's no update yet on the reports that "24: Live Another Day" cast Kiefer Sutherland will reprise his role as Jack Bauer whether in the big screen or boob tube.
