Melissa Rivers news reported that Joan Rivers' only daughter has opened up about recently celebrating Thanksgiving without her iconic mom.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, the 46-year-old daughter of the former "Fashion Police" host appears to be still grieving from her mother's untimely death last September 4.

An insider shared: "Mel and Cooper miss her and this was an extremely sad and difficult Thanksgiving." Cooper Endicott is the teenage son of Melissa Rivers, who was also very close to his grandmother.

The insider narrated: "Melissa remembers countless Thanksgivings where her mother would get up at the crack of dawn, get dressed and do hours of service delivering food to those in need."

"This would be Joan's routine on many of Thanksgivings and she'd take Cooper too," the source said. "Then, after she fed everyone she could, she'd come home, change and have a meal for family and friends."

All the memories were likely to have left Melissa Rivers with bittersweet memories. The source said, reported by Hollywood Life: "Those lessons, that bonding with Melissa and Cooper, the time spent helping others, that was Joan's life."

An earlier report revealed how the orphaned daughter was "outraged" as more details were released about Joan Rivers' death following an inspection at Yorkville Endoscopy.

According to Melissa Rivers news reported by Entertainment Tonight, the lawyer of Joan Rivers' only daughter said she is "outraged by the misconduct and mismanagement now shown to have occurred before, during and after the procedure."

Yorkville Endoscopy is the East Side medical facility where the "Fashion Police" host suffered from operation complications that led to her death, making them face a multi-million dollar lawsuit from Melissa Rivers.

One of the errors reportedly made by the clinic included their failure to get Joan Rivers' informed consent for the throat procedure that was performed on her.

Entertainment Tonight also reported that Yorkville Endoscopy "failed to identify deteriorating vital signs" and that a staff member also supposedly took cellphone photos of Joan Rivers and the surgeon during the operation.
