"Really Don't Care" singer Demi Lovato slams the social media through her Instagram and Twitter accounts for not banning supporters of eating disorders. The pop singer also admitted that she almost went back to rehab in 2013.

The singer and actress took to her social media accounts to express her opinion on not banning pagges, which supports pro-eating disorder and the lack of their rules, a report from Sugar Scape said.

"If you are secretly on one of those sites you are slowly killing yourself and the other people you "support". Please get help ❤" Demi Lovato said in her Instagram.

A couple of weeks ago, the "Really Don't Care" singer Demi Lovato posted on her Instagram a reply against comments by singer Meghan Trainor, who made a joke about anorexia.

Demi Lovato's Instagram post read, "Eating disorders do not discriminate... Neither does any other mental illness. These are deadly diseases that are taking lives daily. So please, let's be cautious of the words we use when discussing ED's and other mental illnesses."

Demi Lovato battled bulimia for years that is why she is standing up for the issues she believes in. She also went to rehab in 2010 for three months because of "emotional and physical issues."

Meanwhile, Demi Lovato admitted that she almost went back to rehab in 2013 while struggling with her tours.

But good thing is that her long time boyfriend Wilmer Valderama stepped in to help the "Really Don't Care" singer, a report from Ryan Seacrest.com said.

"It's been difficult. I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer," Demi Lovato told Fitness Magazine.

Demi Lovato added, "I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time. Wilmer noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control."
