Shin Min Ah discusses her weight issue during an interview
Shin Min Ah, star of popular a popular drama in 2010 ("My Girlfriend is a Nine Tailed Fox"), who is currently finishing up her 2012 project ("Arang and the Magistrate") recently stated during an interview in the magazine @star1 "I've gained so much weight because I've been slacking off."
She answered questions about how she goes about maintaining her slim curves and said "Dieting is an essential part although I love eating. I diet and exercise before I start a project, but shortly after filming I gain weight again."
Shin Min Ah mentioned "A big role in this is I feel that I am getting older as well. I get too tired too fast during filming compared to when I was younger."
She spent majority filming for the show in Hanbok. She states "I feel relaxed while wearing Hanbok; you can't tell I've gained weight because of it, but I am nervous when I have to take it off."
