Amber Marchese had an eventful year as she made her debut on the most recent season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
The reality television star recently sat down for an interview with Fox411 where she revealed how her RHONJ co-star Teresa Giudice was doing before having to report to prison to serve her 15-month sentence in less than two weeks.
“I saw her at the reunion, and I do talk to her via text once in a while,” explained Amber Marchese.
She added, “I really reach out just to say, ‘hey, how are you? Just thinking of you. Hoping you’re ok and everyone is doing alright.’ She’s doing what any mother would be doing. She’s basically shutting the world out, and concentrating on her children. I commend her for that. I mean what else are you going to do? She’s doing what needs to be done.”
After Teresa Giudice serves her prison sentence, her husband Joe Giudice will reportedly be serving his 41-month sentence, according to The Inquisitr.
“It’s awful, she’ll get through it and she’ll move on. This nightmare will eventually be over for her. I feel bad and awful that she’s going through this,” explained Marchese.
Although it’s not clear if Teresa Giudice will be able to join her RHONJ co-stars in the next season of the Bravo reality show, Amber Marchese is reportedly expected to make a return.
“A lot of rumors,” stated Marchese.
She added, “A lot of talk but nothing is set in stone. Nothing. Even on my end, I haven’t heard anything. They’re not keeping me in the loop I think by design but once I get that phone call if they want me back, we’ll deal with it then but until then I kind of live my life. I’m happy.”
