Will Scott Disick and "KUWTK" star Kourtney Kardashian split following the birth of their third baby? The rumors were triggered when the party organizer reportedly bought a bachelor's pad in Beverly Hills.

According to Radar Online, Scott Disick purchased a 4000-square-foot property with five bedrooms and six toilets on December 23 for a cool $3,699,000.

"This is an interesting deal because Scott Disick does not own anything in his own name aside from this new property, which is solely registered under his name and not with Kourtney Kardashian," the realtor told the tabloid site.

"Scott definitely seems like he is moving out on his own. If he is starting a real estate portfolio, this is a weird buy, as it's not an obvious fixer-upper to 'flip' and there is not a lot of room for him to make profit if that is what he is doing," the source added.

The tabloid said that Scott Disick and "KUWTK" star Koutney Kardashian have been hounded with split rumors for over a year now over his alleged partying ways and alcohol problem.

In fact, just three days after his partner gave birth to their third child, Scott Disick was out partying in Hollywood Hills lingerie bash while Kourtney Kardashian stayed at home to take care of Mason, 5, Penelope, 2 and baby Reign.

Radar Online quoted Life & Style magazine as saying that Scott Disick lied to Kourtney Kardashian about going out to party.

"He told her he had to go out with French Montana. He just wanted to go get wasted," the source said.

While Scott Disick and "KUWTK" star Kourtney Kardashian are mum on the split rumors, as well as his reasons for buying a house, Kim Kardashian tweeted that he's flipping houses for profit. Kanye West's wife tweeted: "Scott did NOT buy a bachelor pad in Bev Hills. He is starting a new business venture buying homes & renovating them to re-sell."
