Michael Schumacher’s health condition is reportedly improving after the seven-time Formula One champion suffered brain damage after his skiing accident, according to Ecumenical News.
Schumacher is reportedly now able to recognize faces and and cries when he sees and hears his wife and two children, according to Cross Map.
The 46-year-old father-of-two is reportedly now communicating with family members using his eyes.
Since the 2013 skiing accident, the F1 racer’s family has reportedly released little information regarding his health condition, according to Christian Post. Updates regarding Schumacher’s condition has reportedly come from those who claim to be family friends and insiders of the racer’s professional world.
Schumacher reportedly woke up from a medically induced coma several months ago. Doctors had reportedly put him in a coma after he suffered from significant brain damage after his skiing accident in the French Alps.
Schumacher reportedly fell on a rock and was rushed to the hospital.
Since waking up from the medically-induced coma, the driving champion has reportedly been rehabilitated to his home in Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Recent reports have reportedly suggested that Michael Schumacher will now be bound to a wheelchair and undergo extensive physical therapy in order to prevent muscle degeneration.
Doctors have reportedly expressed little hope for Schumacher making a full recovery.
