Susan Boyle has changed her life since appearing on “Britain’s Got Talent” back in 2009.
Since moving audiences all around with her rendition of “I Dreamed A Dream” on the show, Boyle’s success has continued as the talented singer is reportedly continuing to pull in the big bucks.
Boyle’s three companies have reportedly gained 2.6 million in the bank on account of the singer’s 20 million records and ongoing international fame, according to the U.K’s The Daily Mail. The 53-year-old from Blackburn was reportedly made a director and the owner of all the shares in her firms, which handle income from her music and merchandising.
“This shows that Susan Boyle continues be a multi-million pound brand and she is a very wealthy lady,” a source told the news outlet.
The insider added, “She will be receiving revenue through other means than her companies and the amount of money in these accounts may only be a fraction of her total earnings. Susan has been made a director of the companies and is the ultimate controlling party, giving her the final say on all aspects of her financial affairs.”
Boyle has reportedly released six albums and, despite her success, the singer stated that she doesn’t particularly enjoy spending money on luxuries.
“I’ve only just learnt how to go in a taxi. I don’t flash the cash. I’m always careful with money. I’m not saying I’m mean, but I’m always careful,” explained Boyle during an interview with Piers Morgan.
Aside from her success in music, Boyle had recently been in the headlines for having her first boyfriend at the age of 53. Susan Boyle had remained private regarding the details of the relationship and there have yet to be updates, although it was revealed that he is “the perfect gentleman,” according to The Sun.
“I don’t want to say any more about who he is right now as that would be unfair on him. All I’ll say is we are around the same age and he was a very nice guy,” explained Boyle, according to People.
