Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J news reported how the "Love And Hiphop: Atlanta" star faced child support raps filed against him. According to a report from New York Daily News, the reality star and urban music producer pleaded not guilty to the accusations when he showed up in court last Tuesday.
Feisty wife Joseline Hernandez was with Stevie J during the court appearance. The former beatmaker allegedly owes $1 million in child support for his two kids from a previous relationship.
Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J reportedly rakes in $27,000 a month for being part of "Love And Hiphop: Atlanta," which is one of VH1's most popular reality shows.
Presiding Judge Paul Crotty questioned why the child support case was being tried in Manhattan Federal Court instead of state court.
"I've been waiting for a judge who understands what I'm going through," Stevie J explained.
"There is a history in this case of the failure of Family Court to address this successfully," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew DeFilippis, saying the federal court trial was their last resort.
"Over the course of 10 years it has not worked," the lawyer added.
The child support case required Stevie J to pay $6,608 in 2001 for two of his kids. The amount then increased to $8,557 in 2011.
Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J's united front at the Manhattan Federal Court somewhat dismissed recent rumors saying that their marriage is on the rocks. According to a report from Media Takeout, Stevie J is allegedly cheating on his wife, who is rumored to be pregnant with his child.
Stevie J's side chick is reportedly named Molly, who is a stripper from Club Onyx in Atlanta.
The Joseline Hernandez lookalike even appeared to be very vocal about her rumored relationship with the married reality star.
Just recently, she even took to Vine to share a video announcing that her "Daddy" was going to buy her a house. Stevie J's alleged mistress also shared in the video that she recently moved from Miami to Atlanta.
