The "Sims 4" Mac version has been released by EA on Feb. 17 but players reportedly encountered issues while playing the game. The developer, however, has reportedly released the "Sims 4" Mac new patch to fix the issues.
According to The Sims 4 News, SimGuruGnome heard about the issues of the game and said, "We have heard the reports of some players using Mods and Custom Content that are experiencing problems (polite way of saying crashes), and we have some fixes ready to go!"
One of the "Sims 4" Mac patch is to fix the use of script mods that causes the game to crash on boot while the other "Sims 4" Mac patch is to fix the custom content that crashes when selecting it in creating a "Sim." Both issues have been fixed by the developer, as confirmed by the SimGuruGnome.
Furthermore, both the "Get to Work" and "Outdoor Retreat" will work on Mac, if the player activates it online; however, since the "Get to Work" is scheduled to be released on March 31, the players can activate the "Outdoor Retreat" first, Kpopstarz reported.
