The brand new Episode 9 promo video reveals Cookie uncovering Anika's backstabbing ways, Lucious facing his enemy and rival, and Andre reaching a breaking point. Are you ready for the next episode of "Empire" yet? Watch the awesome new promo preview video for Episode 9 (S01E09), called "Unto The Breach," to see what you can look forward to! Warning: major spoilers ahead!
"You need to watch this next Wednesday, because everyone will be talking about it on Thursday," urges the FOX promo video.
In addition to this week's guest star Estelle, the promo also announces that Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Jennifer Hudson, and Patti Labelle will also appear in the last three episodes of "Empire" Season 1.
Most notably, the promo shows Cookie exposing Anika's backstabbing secret: that she's working with Lucious' rival Billy Beretti. The disclosure obviously leads to some intense drama, ultimately concluding with the final standoff between Lucious and Beretti.
In addition, we'll see Jamal standing up to his father in order to prove himself as a deserving heir. Not to mention, Andre will apparently have a major breakdown that will result in a physical altercation with his brothers - and maybe even his father.
