It has been almost two years since Taylor Swift was in a relationship. The "Style" singer decided to stay single after her infamous on-and-off romance with One Direction hottie Harry Styles. If the reports are true, however, her single status might just be changed this year.

According to Radar Online, Taylor Swift and Rita Ora's ex were really hitting it off backstage at the last BRIT awards. The website claimed that the "Blank Space" singer was "very friendly" with the EDM artist.

Sources alleged that the two were seen being too close to each other and enjoying their time flirting. Rumor has it that Rita Ora's ex boyfriend was desperately trying to hook up with Swift, even if he has a girlfriend, Aarika Wolf.

Several eyewitnesses claimed the duo were seen holding hands, dancing and just couldn't seem to get their hands off each other. After dancing with pals Karlie Kloss and Ellie Goulding, the rumored couple allegedly retreated to the VIP room and didn't return for the rest of the evening. Reports also claimed said that Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift left the party hand-in-hand an hour into the festivities.

In a recent interview with The Telegraph, the "1989" singer shared her fear that she would not find her one true love up until her 30s. Harry Styles' former girlfriend added that it was difficult to date given that she's under much media scrutiny.

"No one's going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. Like, 'Hi, nice the meet you, want to date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!' I don't know what's going to happen if I'm ever content in a relationship-no idea how that's going to work. I don't even know if that's possible with the life I have," Taylor Swift said.
