Huang Xiaoming, a Chinese actor with an estimated fortune of 10 billion CNY ($1.4 Billion), has written a will to share his wealth between the couple's two children to prevent future issues between the family members.

According to KBiZoom, the Chinese media outlet "163" said that Huang's will includes at least eight pages and covers multiple luxury properties — a Siheyuan courtyard home in Beijing, a villa in Hainan, shares in a number of entertainment and film production companies, and investments in the technology, fashion, and alcohol sectors.
His youngest son, Hao Hai Mian, and his daughter are both set to inherit about 5 billion CNY ($750 million) each. But it is received only on strict terms.
He will be given a monthly allowance of 200,000 CNY until he turns 18 years old.
All further expenditures will be subject to the approval of Huang's lawyer, who will have to provide detailed descriptions of them.

But Huang's youngest daughter is held to even higher standards.
She needs to get into a 985 university in China to claim her entire inheritance, a designation that includes top schools like Tsinghua University and Peking University.
Otherwise, she will inherit just half of her inheritance receipt percentage.
Additionally, she has to wait until she is 30 to get her share.
The measures are designed to promote education for both kids and responsible behavior with money.
The report has not yet received a formal response from Huang Xiaoming himself, but social media reactions suggest many netizens approve of his approach to providing for his children.
