"Dance Moms" season 5 spoilers revealed that the upcoming episode 16 called, "Video Killed the ALDC Star," has a story arc revolving around Nia and Kendall getting caught in between dance rehearsals and shooting a music video.

"Dance Moms" season 5 spoilers from Christian Today, revealed that episode 16 shows the Abby Lee Dance Company getting ready for their latest competition in Los Angeles. They will rely on JoJo and Kendall for their big win in the competition. However, the dancers are divided as they have commitments to other things. Kendall in particular has a problem with her commitments.

Kendall is torn between dancing and her dreams of becoming a pop star, as she is set to shoot a music video with Nia, who she will also be performing with in their next competition. Abby does not support this, as she believes that the girls should not sacrifice their dance careers for pop music.

Holly and Jill, Nia and Kendall's moms, show their support for their children's singing careers. According to Lifestyle Network's description of the episode however, it will only be a matter of time before this situation turns into an all out war.

The dance competition in Los Angeles isn't the only war the members of the Abby Lee Dance Company will face. They will also face an internal one with the show's antagonizing mothers. It was said the next episode of "Dance Moms" will not only showcase how the girls will compete against each other but highlight the burning feud between the moms as well. It has yet to be seen how Nia and Kendall will handle their time while pursuing both of their passions.

The latest episode of "Dance Moms" is set to air on April 21.
