As we previously reported, according to a new ABC press release, in "How To Save A Life" (S11E21) we learn that "Derek witnesses a horrible car accident and springs into action to save lives, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, APRIL 23 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network."

Plus, ABC has released not one, but two sneak-peek preview videos for Thursday's show in order to placate anxious fans.
In the first spoiler-filled video, we see the conversation leading up to the crash.
In the second sneak-peek, we see just how Derek Shepherd helps the crash victims.
"How To Save A Life" (S11E21) is going to be an emotional episode whether it ends in tragedy for Derek or not.
