The male DNA that was found in “A's” body when her body fluids' sample were analyzed a few weeks ago, were indeed, Park Shi Hoo's.
Recently, The Seoul Western Police Department revealed that the results from the National Forensics Service, revealed that the actor's DNA was found in her body, but it wasn't semen. They explain that the DNA could be in different forms.
The National Forensics Service, also revealed that no DNA from “Mr. Kim” was found in “A's” body, therefore her accusations of “Mr. Kim” raping her seem less believe, because it's not probable that “A” and “Mr. Kim” has any sexual contact.
The police also confirmed, what Park Shi Hoo had already said about he and “A” having sexual relationships. What needs to be found is whether it was consensual or not.
In the recent days, a man named “Mr. Lee” came forward to say that “A” have threatened him in the past with the exact same thing. It was said that Park Shi Hoo's lawyers are in talks with him.
In related news, “Mr. Hwang,” CEO of the actor's former agency, Eyagi Entertainment, countersued Park Shi Hoo for defamation, after Park Shi Hoo sued him for the same charge, slander, and attempted blackmail.
The police is contemplating the option of having a cross examinations between all of the people involved.
