It seems that buzz about Josh Duggar scandal would not be over soon. According to Inquisitr, a Texas inmate reportedly came forward to claim that he was allegedly set up by Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's firstborn in a child molestation case.
Convicted pedophile Joseph Uber reportedly triggered rumors about an alleged new molestation scandal against Josh Duggar after he filed a writ of habeas corpus complaint against the "19 Kids and Counting" star. Uber reportedly claimed that Josh framed him for sexual crimes by planting his fingerprints on child victims.
"I am illegally incarcerated for a sex crime of a minor. I didn't do it," Uber reportedly wrote in the court documents, as quoted by Radar Online. "Defendant Josh Duggar is responsible, and set me up. I spent five years incarcerated for a crime Josh Duggar did ...Josh Duggar is a pedophile, not me. He planted my fingerprints on my victim."
And the proof that Uber allegedly has to prove that Josh Duggar is guilty of the new scandal? "I have Josh Duggar's DNA saved on underwear," Uber claimed.
Uber did not stop at implicating the 27-year-old in pedophile allegations. The inmate also claimed Josh Duggar was also involved in a number of high profile crimes and scandals.
"Josh Duggar works under direct orders from Warren Jeffs," Uber reportedly wrote. "Josh Duggar molested the Slenderman girls in Wisconsin ... Josh Duggar threw Baby Jessica in my well. Josh Duggar hurt Chandra Levy. Josh Duggar was pen pals with Elizabeth Smart. ... Josh Duggar knows what happened to Jon Benet Ramsey."
Uber's seemingly outrageous claims were dismissed by court, unsurprisingly. "Petitioner's allegations are nothing short of fantastical and delusional, and do not merit encouragement by this Court," the order of dismissal reportedly stated.
Josh Duggar, who has previously apologized for reportedly having molested five minors when he was a teenager, didn't release any comment on Uber's allegations against him.
