The Korean cable program "The List 2015" is all about making lists and on June 29 the program listed the "Female Stars With The Most Beautiful Bodies."
Who tops that list? It's actress Kim Sa Rang, who currently stars in the drama "My Love, Eun Dong" playing Joo Jin Mo's lost first love.
The actress and former Miss Korea winner recently lost 10 lbs. from her already lithe figure. The 37-year-old actress claimed the weight loss was the result of anxiety about her role in the drama. But before the drama even started she said she was inspired to lose weight because of her attractive co-star.
"Joo Jin Mo looks like a handsome sculpture," she said. "Because his face is so small, I feel pressured to lose some weight and go on a diet."
At five-foot-eight, the actress now weighs around 100 lbs. To stay in shape, she works out on a regular basis.
Kang Ye Won, currently appearing on "We Got Married" with Oh Min Suk, came in second place. The 35-year-old actress, stays in shape by walking and swimming. Kang was recently seen in the web drama "Love Clinic."
In third place was Park Soo Jin, the actress who recently became engaged to Hallyu Star Bae Yong Joon. She is known for her ferocious appetite and says the secret to her figure is eating and working out. Her love of fine food led to her becoming the host of "Tasty Road," a show about trendy restaurants.
Min Hyo Rin, the actress who is dating BigBang's Taeyang, was named to fourth place. You can see the effect that cardio training sessions have on her figure by looking at Taeyang's "1 AM" video.
Moon Chae Won, who starred in "Love Forecast" with Lee Seung Gi, was ranked in fifth place. One of her diet secrets is to drink plenty of water every day.
Actresses Lee Il Hwa and AOA's Seolhyun took eighth and ninth place. Lee Il Hwa uses juice cleanses and drinks brown rice tea. Seolhyun, currently starring in the vampire drama "Orange Marmalade," only eats one meal a day.
Dieting has never been easy for her. Maintaining her weight has prompted her to write down every morsel and to check her weight every morning and night. The easiest thing, she eventually decided, was to only eat one meal a day. To get in shape for her current drama, she avoided food with texture.
"I didn't have a lot of food that required chewing," she said. "I mostly drank liquids for my diet, like a real vampire."
