It has been more than a month since news about the Josh Duggar scandal first broke. And now, another "secret" of the Duggar family has allegedly been exposed.
Celeb Dirty Laundry noted that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar has reminded their kids time and again about the importance of not engaging in sexual acts until one has been married. And as if the Josh Duggar scandal is not enough, it has been recently uncovered that Jim Bob's neice, Amy, has allegedly been born out of wedlock.
Amy has been featured in "19 Kids and Counting" when her parents, Deanna Duggar and Terry Jordan, went with her to Nashville to support her in her pursuit of a career as a country music artist. It was purportedly not revealed in that episode that Deanna and Terry never got married and that Deanna allegedly filed a restraining order against Terry.
There are also purportedly court documents alleging that on the day Amy Duggar was born, Terry Jordan allegedly barged in to the hospital room and threatened to kill Deanna and newborn baby Amy.
But that may not be all. Radar Online reported that Terry may allegedly be not Amy Duggar's father at all.
"According to court documents obtained by Radar, Amy's mother Deanna Duggar, 52, told authorities that Jordan 'has not paternal routes [sic]' to the bubbly Christian singer," the reported said.
"As Radar exclusively reported, gospel singer Deanna filed a restraining order against boyfriend Jordan in July 1992, claiming he was threatening her and her child, whom Radar has identified as a 5-year-old Amy."
The Duggar family may still be struggling to get back on their feet after the Josh Duggar scandal controversy, and this newly exposed secret may only make matters worse.
TLC is yet to announce if they are renewing "19 Kids and Counting" for another season after the Josh Duggar scandal.
