The “Dancing with the Stars” producers are reportedly trying to convince “KUWTK” stars Caitlyn Jenner and Khloe Kardashian to take part in the coming season. It was said that both reality stars topped the list of the producers most-desired candidates to join the competition.

According to Hollywood Life, the dance show's producers are "desperately trying to woo" Caitlyn Jenner. However, since the former Olympian seemed to be having second thoughts about competing in "DWTS," they are also considering Khloe Kardashian.

"The producers would gladly take Khloe but they don't anticipate ever getting a real chance with her. They still would love Caitlyn over anyone in their family but that is still at a standstill," the source said.

The publication previously reported that fans of Caitlyn may not see the reality star in the coming season because of her jampacked schedule. With her new reality show, "I Am Cait" along the way, it was said that scheduling will be very difficult.

"'DWTS' is losing hope on getting Caitlyn for the show. The offer was made, but scheduling, money and a few other bumps in the road are making producers feel that they should give up on their chase," the source said.

Ever since Caitlyn came out, the "Dancing with the Stars" producers were reportedly keeping an eye on her. They believed that having her on the show will do wonders for the show's ratings.

"Their main focus is getting [her] on next season. That is the number one goal for the show," the insider revealed.

The executives reportedly had Khloe as a back up but are still optimistic that Caitlyn will say yes.

"Khloe definitely would be welcomed with open arms to come on the show but the pursuit isn't really hardcore at this point. There is still plenty of time for minds to change but don't bank on Khloe being a part of the show."
