Bobbi Kristina Brown's family is tragically just waiting for her death at a hospice, and with it the murder charge against Nick Gordon can reportedly proceed.
Last month, TMZ already reported that the prosecutors in the case are looking at filing a murder case at Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon.
"In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest, the district attorney of Fulton County told the site.
"The family's decision to take Bobbi Kristina off life support signals that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter is about to pass, and the D.A. has already taken notice," it said. "Police opened a criminal investigation shortly after Bobbi Kristina was found last January submerged in a bathtub. As we reported, bruises were found on her body and police suspected foul play, and began investigating her BF."
Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier said during his stint on The Talk that Bobbi Kristina Brown's death would mean two things for Nick Gordon.
"[The lawsuit] will block him from future earnings. If he goes to write a book or a tell-all, that will block that. Stop that. Number two, unfortunately when she finally passes away, everything will change from a beating to a murder investigation. Then the charges will be very different if it's a murder investigation," he said.
He also said that the district attorney will "move very, very quickly" after Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been holding off in filing murder case against Nick Gordon up until Bobbi Kristina Brown's death so they could elevate the charges.
"There are reports that Nick Gordon was engaged in a pattern of abuse with Bobbi Kristina Brown and had beaten her and verbally abused her on many occasions," it said. "This last time, he is alleged to have knocked out two of her teeth and is responsible for her ending up face down in the bathtub at her Georgia condo."
