Taylor Swift is reportedly writing a new song about current beau Calvin Harris. The “1989” singer is known for writing break up songs about her ex-boyfriends but this time around, she is reportedly looking to release a few happy tracks inspired by the EDM DJ.

The idea to write a new song about Calvin Harris came to her during the world tour. Taylor Swift was reportedly missing her boyfriend so much that she decided to surprise him with a new song.

"She's got all these ideas for happy love songs now because of him. Even though she hates saying goodbye, spending time apart is making it really exciting," an insider told Hollywood Life.

"When they do see each other the tension is so built up, it's total fireworks and she's putting that passion into her new songs."

The insider further revealed that Swift and Harris' relationship is definitely serious. The couple reportedly even talked about tying the knot soon. It was said that the 25-year-old singer will marry him in a heartbeat, she is just waiting for him to pop the question.

"Taylor doesn't think it's a sure thing, she's not that cocky, but she has a really good feeling that they will end up together," the insider told the publication.

"Even though they haven't been together that long if he did ask her tomorrow she'd say yes, she's just so happy with him. Taylor would love to marry Calvin she already talked about how she would take his name for her personal life but she'll always stay 'Taylor Swift.'"

Meanwhile, Calvin Harris allegedly got the hint and was recently spotted shopping for engagement rings. It has been rumored that he will ask Taylor Swift's hand in marriage soon.

"Taylor loves chunky rings, so he wants to go big," a source told Life & Style magazine, via Metro.

"He's looking at cushion-cut center stones and is willing to drop at least $500,000!"
