Park Shin Hye recently posted a photo on Instagram. In the photo she and Lee Eun Young, the director of her agency, S.A.L.T. Entertainment are smiling and having fun.

The photo was taken to celebrate their working relationship, which is still going strong after more than a decade. The actress recently signed a new contract with her agency, a sign that she is happy with the way they have managed her career. She credits the agency and Lee Eun Young with her success.

"I feel confident thanks to her," said Park on Instagram. "She dreams of a healthy management company. What more is there to say? Take care of me."

Park and Lee met in 2002 around the time that she began her acting career. Park was in the sixth grade at Hak Kang Elementary School in Gwangju when a teacher advised her to audition for pop singer Lee Seung Hwan's music company "Dream Factory." Shortly thereafter, she began training as an actress, singer and musician.

Park's talent is obvious but she has also been lucky in terms of having an agency that helped her find the right roles.

Her first drama role was in the series "Stairway to Heaven" when she played Choi Ji Woo's character as a child. That drama was so successful it earned ratings of 40 percent.

Later she attracted much positive attention with her leading role in "You're Beautiful," which co-starred Jang Geun Suk, Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Hong Ki. The role was a perfect fit and in an interview with Joy News, she said that it reflected her real life personality by about 80 percent.

Park Shin Hye went on to star in several successful dramas including "The Heirs" with Lee Min Ho and "Pinocchio" with Lee Jong Suk, as well as a few films, the most recent being "The Royal Tailor" and "Beauty Inside."

The actress is currently considering a role in the film "Hyung," which has already cast EXO's D.O. and Jo Jung Suk, the star of "Oh My Ghostess."

Park Shin Hye appears as a guest on the variety show "Three Meals A Day." She is scheduled to meet fans in China on Sept. 12.
