"The Bachelor" 2016 cast Ben Higgins is training with a fitness coach to prepare for the season premiere.
Although Higgins is already in great shape, Inquistr reported that the reality star has hired a personal trainer to help him prepare for upcoming "shirtless" moments. It was said that Higgins is determined to impress the contestants, not just with his charm, but his impressive physique.
On his Instagram, Ben Higgins shared a photo of one of his training sessions, in which he thanked his coach Zane for making him "look decent."
"Zane had a big task ahead of him, but he was up for the challenge," he captioned the photo.
"If sweat exuded is any assessment of how well he did then I think he crushed it."
The outlet also reported that Higgins will be making a stop in Honduras before "The Bachelor" 2016 starts filming to lend his talent to people in need.
"I made it to Honduras safely to work with @humanityandhopeunited and it must be my lucky day because today is National Kids Day!!" Higgins shared on Instagram.
"We are all constantly building our story, and I was blessed today to be part of a much bigger story than my own. We brought a lot of hope and love to people who need it, and that will make it easier for them to do the same for their neighbor."
Meanwhile, Higgins shared that he had high hopes for the coming season of the ABC series. Although He added that he was optimistic that, after losing to Shawn Booth in Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of "The Bachelorette," he will finally meet the love of his life this time around.
"I'm ready to share my life with somebody," he told People.
"I'm not fearful of the idea of getting married. As soon as I can find that person, it seems like the better life will be."
