The young Ariel Winter looked stunning in red! After getting breast reduction surgery this past summer, a confident and bold Ariel Winter looked gorgeous when she walked down the red carpet of the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday, Sept. 20, US Magazine reported.

The Modern Family star also showed some PDA at the star-studded event, adorably kissing her boyfriend, Laurent Claude Gaudette, before the show, US Magazine noted.

Winter, the 17-year-old actress, appeared in a strapless, floor length, red silk crepe number by Romona Keveza. She revealed in the September 2015 issue of Glamour that she underwent breast reduction surgery, going from a 32F to a 34D. Winter also revealed in the same interview that she was previously bullied by fans for her voluptuous physique, US Magazine recalled.

"It really did happen overnight," she said of developing at a young age. "I was 15 years old with [size] F [breasts]. It's like, 'how do you navigate that?'"

"[It] will be my first [public] appearance, but I don't know. I'm just excited to try on all the dresses!" Winter was excited after the surgery. "Now I can wear all styles of dresses and all styles of things! I don't always have to pick the tightest, most formfitting dress I can find."

"[Now,] I can pick something [other than a fitted dress] and still feel good about myself," she shared. "I couldn't do that before. I'm excited to finally actually feel confident and not just appear confident."

She also told US Magazine that to get the surgery done was her own choice. "I got it for myself," she said. "I can't even really put it into words about how amazing it feels to really feel right."

Winter and Gaudette, meanwhile, have been dating for two years, US Magazine added.
