Earlier this month it was reported that the frontman Axl Rose and lead guitarist Slash of the original Guns N' Roses have buried the hatchet and if recent reports are correct then they are set to perform together for the first time since 1996.

The 53-year-old Axl Rose and 50-year-old Slash have patched things up and after years of feuding, they both are in talks over hitting the road in 2016 on a reunion tour. Earlier it was also came in news that back in 2000's the band member were offered millions of dollars to perform live on stage, everyone except Rose were on board. Now promoters reckon that a series of worldwide gigs with the original line-up could make around £65million.

According to Mirror, John Murdy, a US businessperson has confirmed that his close friend Slash are Axl Rose are talking again. He even described the recent development as 'a really good sign.'

While the band is still performing, fans are desperate for the return of Slash, fellow guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist DuffMcKagen, and drummer Steven Adler, who all have worked on separate gigs. If they all come together then they will make the classic 1987 album 'Appetite for Destruction' and hit singles like, 'Paradise City,' and 'Sweet Child o' Mine.'

In the recent times, Slash has more positive attitude towards his former foe. "There's no animosity. Over time we all just got sick and tired of the black cloud. The biggest thing that happens when you have a break-up that is less than harmonious is you build up a bad energy because of the distance. The bad feelings get exaggerated," said Slash.

A Los-Angeles based marketing expert Alex Villa said that the demands for Guns N' Roses and their tremendous fan following in the USA alone would earn the group tens of millions of dollars. "Guns N' Roses were a powerhouse in rock in the nineties and a reunion will be a huge deal," added Alex Villa.

Fans from around the globe are just hoping that the year 2016 will bring back their original classic line-up.
