Jim Carrey's ex-girlfriend, Cathriona White was found dead on Monday night by two of her friends.

Carrey's 28-year-old ex-girlfriend White who broke up with the star very recently has committed suicide and her body was found by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) on Monday night. She is also said to have left a suicide note behind. White reportedly signed off Twitter on September 24, "Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest," reported Fox News.

When did Jim Carrey And Cathriona White Split?

White and the 53-year-old actor were in relationship back in 2012 but broke up later. But the duo was photographed together this year on May 21 in the New York City. They were also seen holding hands with each other and it was also rumoured that the couple ignited their romance yet again.

One of Carrey's recent Twitter photos posted on September 16 was captioned "Grand Central, NYC (photo by Cathriona White)." According to TMZ, it is alleged that White's suicidal note refers to her break up with Carrey on September 24. But the LAPD hasn't revealed anything about White's suicidal note.

Lt. Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner said "The young woman was brought in at 20:40 hours from a residence in Sherman Oaks of an apparent suicide." "Reports on this case are not completed. She's scheduled for an examination tomorrow," he added, according to Hollywood Life.

Cathriona White's Social Media Has No Traces Of Jim Carrey

White who was a make-up artist by profession moved from Ireland to the United States years back. White all along was an active participant in social media but hasn't mentioned anything about Carrey for a long time now in any of the sites.

On 24th February, she did re-tweet a photo of Carrey that which looks like a snap from LA Kings hockey game. Other than that all her Instagram posts featured only her family, meals and animals.
